Online Training with Jordan Yeoh (Day 1)

Assalamualaikum, everyone!!!

Auuu chakkk!!!

haha, saja nk gurau pagi2 ni. I guess all of u still remember that i promise to share the tips n routine given to me during online training with Jordan Yeoh (JY).

This train is up to 5 session a week. This training actually require me to use gym equipment such as basic barbells/dumbells with benches, squat rack, etc. however i do not even have any of those items. berhuhu la....sebab nak jd fit, slim meling,  i said to myself, "hadi even though u dont have any gym equip, u cant' make it as an excuse. u can still workout from home and make it happen (jd kurus)."

Mr JY also stressed on  a commitment. I must commit to the next 90 days. Why 90 days? It’s the amount of timenecessary to make it into a habit. Motivation is what gets you started.
Habit is what makes it permanent.

The Training Outline:
It’s going to be a mixture of weights training and bodyweights training.
This is ideal for people who want to build muscles. One of the best ways to
build muscles is through weights where else bodyweights training is a great
type of workout that elevate metabolism and burn massive calories in short
amount of time to get rid of stubborn fats.
Here’s what it would look like:

Day 1 - Upper Body (chest, back, biceps, triceps)
Day 2 - Bodyweight fat burning workout (full body)
Day 3 - Lower Body + Shoulder
Day 4 - Rest Day ;)
Day 5 - Upper Body (chest, back, biceps, triceps)
Day 6 - Bodyweight fat burning workout (full body)
Day 7 - Rest Day
Day 8 - Repeat Day 1

So, today is Day 1 of a brand new beginning. It’s upper body day. I am going to be working on my Chest, Back, Biceps and Triceps.
Mr coach already list out the routine involving upper part of body.

  1. Wah bagusnya ada online training. Selalu jugak buat training. sendri2 je kat rumah, only using dumbell. hehe
    Jom buat Roti Sosej Cheese Leleh.
